Why does my Jelly Bean keep clicking on it's own??

I move the arrow using the mouse pad, but it keeps clicking without me clicking the button. As I move the arrow to what I want to click, it clicks on items the arrow passes over. What can I do to fix this problem?? Please help?

Welcome to Android Central! What device do you have? Are you using a Bluetooth touchpad with it? Touchpads often register a short tap as a button click, so be careful about how you're touching it.
