I lost my rom on my Galaxy S3, how can I get it back?

lost my rom on galaxy s3

I went to update my rom with Cyanogenmod, did a clean to install new rom, went to install new rom, now getting mesage:
error in /external_sd/download/cm-11-2014110-nightly-i9300.zip
(status 7)
Installation aborted.

thats either a mount point to updater.script error.. not certain
