How to access Lenovo A730 tablet internal memory

I couldn't access my tab's internal memory
tried with MTP, the drive is displayed in my laptop but on accessing it is displaying "Please insert a disk into drive"
When tried with USB Storage, able to access the external memory card.
Pls advise.

so when you connect phone to pc and mount, only sd card gets detected?

Did the laptop install a driver the first time you connected the phone? If not, did you install one? (The laptop comes with a driver for USB drives - which is what the external SD card looks like - but it may need a different driver to see the phone.)

My laptop is "Lenovo 3000 N100" and tab is "Lenovo A7 30"

The only link to an A7-30 driver I could find (in English - there's a Chinese page that comes up in a Google search, but won't translate) is PC Suite Lenovo A7-30 A3300 USB Driver for Windows XP Vista Win7 Win8 | SympthomDB

Or you can try the Koush Universal Driver.
