Why won't my phone turn on even though it is fully charged?

phone wont turn on even though fully charged

phone has been on charge, took it off and once unplugged the charge light stayed on and now it wont turn on or do anything. if the phone is called it goes straight to voicemail

Try booting into Recovery and wiping the Cache Partition.

If the charge light is on when the charger isn't plugged in, there's a hardware failure in there, probably in the motherboard. (It's also possiblethat the ROM got completely corrupted. Have you installed any apps from questionable sources recently? Or played with things like rooting or flashing a custom ROM?)
