Why is my Nextbook getting multiple error messages?

[AC Question]

Nextbook has error messages and I can't get to the menu. Please HELP

My son has a nextbook tablet. When it turns on i get 3 boxes
-"Unfortunately, the process com.google.process.gapps has stopped."
-"Unfortunately, Launcher has stopped."
-"Unfortunately, Google Play services has stopped."
I can't get to the menu or anything. Please help, I have no idea what to do.

Welcome to Android Central! Which NextBook? See if you can boot into Recovery and wipe the cache partition. Follow the steps in this video, but instead of selecting Wipe Data/Factory Reset, make sure you select Wipe Cache Partition. When complete, then select Reboot System Now.

If that doesn't work, then try a factory reset from that menu.

When I pushed the volume up and power buttons, it just turns off. I can't get to the menu because of the message boxes. I have no idea what to do

You need to power it off first. Press and hold Power until it forces the tablet to power off. Now try the button combination shown in that video.
