Why am I not receiving text messages from one person only?

I am not receiving text messages from one person only

I used to received messages from her, & she has no problems sending messages to anybody else from her phone

Try Settings, Apps, All, scroll to Messaging (or whatever messaging app you are using), and select Clear Cache.
