a system app named SalesTrackerSystem.apk has either been deleted or is corrupted. you'll need to replace it. see this guide on how to fix the unfortunately salestrackersystem has stopped working error , it contains the download link to the sales tracker app and how to restore it

The techno n9 is known with this issue, I just installed Root xplorer naivagated to system/apps and deleted sales tracker system.apk and .odex and that was all.......it works

Welcome to Android Central! Try going to Settings>Apps, select Sales Tracker, and Disable it (assuming it was preinstalled).

I am using Gionee F9. I have this app, which is using my phone doing malicious activities like sending sms, send whatsapp messages. Unable to disable it. Disable button is disabled. What to do??

Welcome to Android Central! It is most likely a preinstalled system app. You could try doing a factory reset without restoring any prior backups, but if the app is still there, then it's likely something that Gionee preinstalled. You'd probably have to root the phone to get rid of it, but it's hard to say if that might affect any other part of the system.
