How do i switch on soft key buttons on Galaxy grand prime?

Welcome to Android Central! Do the buttons simply don't work at all, or is it that the backlight for the buttons doesn't come on but they still function?

Hello, Me too have the same problem, I already bought the mobile yesterday. The backlight for the button is not working but it is function.
So I ask if this is standard for this model Grand prime or i have a problem?

Welcome to Android Central! Check to see if any Power Saver settings are turned on.

Good day. I bought my mom a Samsung Grand Prime for Christmas. I noticed however, that although the touch keys were fully functional, the back lights do not illuminate. Power saving is deactivated and the isn't an option in display settings to power them on. This version of android is v 5.11 . Please help.
