Around christmas I purchased a LG G3 secondhand from ebay. Although my tv (Dynex) wasnt on the list of TVs I was still able to simply connect my quick remote by picking someother tv brand and then teaching the remote which learn remote. However recently I decided to factory reset my phone to hopefully resolve an battery issue I had been having. After that everything apparently worked but I can no longer get the quick remote to work with my Dynex TV. Can anyone offer help?
