    After installing lollipop to my s5 i can't find where to silence my telephone. It is really anoying hearing it zoom all the time when it's lying next to my bed because of the alarmclock.

    Lollipop removed the "Silent" mode if that is what you mean. You can now only put the device in Normal and Vibrate ringer modes. If you want to completely silence the device, you have to set it to the "None" Interruption mode. You should be able to find it under Settings --> Sound & Notifications --> Interruptions. I have a Nexus 5, so this option might be different, but I can also change it from clicking volume up/down once and in the volume slider menu is now the ability to directly set the Interruption mode.
