    Today my Samsung Galaxy S5 started dropping wifi all the time. it goes from connected to not connected. I don't know what's wrong because my laptop works fine with the wifi. I tried restarting it a number of times and nothing seems to work. Please help!!

    Forget that connection, then create it again. If that doesn't fix it, bring it back. It's still under replacement warranty, so the time it takes you to back everything up (assuming you don't always keep everything backed up) is much more time than you should spend troubleshooting a problem. I give a phone under warranty 5 minutes. If I haven't figured it out by then I ask the carrier's repair people to please fix or replace it. I no longer earn money repairing cellphones, so I don't do it. I'd rather spend the time here, helping others.

    Turn off Smart network switch from your wifi settings. It'll keep you connection constant.
