how do I contact Samsung to replace my galaxy s5?

My phone has been acting up. It freezes when I'm using it and sometimes it starts fidgeting. It even pops things up. Sometimes the screen will not work and I'll turn it off and then on and then it won't let me put the password and then I'll restart and it'll be good for a minute then the process starts again. Also the battery will get really hot. It's been dropped a couple of times and there is something loose from inside, which I'm not sure if it is the main reason it's doing this.

If you're in the US, Best Buy. In the UK, I believe Car Warehouse handles it. In other countries, go to the Samsung site (samsung.com), click support/mobile devices/smartphone and look for contact information at the bottom.

If it turns out that the problem was caused by dropping it, it's not covered under the warranty, and you'll have to pay to have it repaired.
