LG Volt - Cant transfer files/pictures to PC? Only get "Slow Charging" message?

I was able to do it before, but now when I go to plug in my phone to the USB on my PC, the "Slow Charging" message pops up and nothing else. No options to connect to PC or anything. I checked My Computer on my PC and my phone isnt showing up either. Why did it suddenly stop working? How can I transfer my pictures to my computer?

You can transfer your stuff using cloud service (like OneDrive, for example)
