Why won't my apps install from the Google Play Store?

Apps won't install

Just today my Samsung Galaxy S5 won't install apps. I'm not sure if it's a Google Play Store problem. Apps will download then when it starts installing, it'll just stop. I can't update apps either. I tried installing an apk, and it won't. No error message for both. It will just stop in Google Play and it just keeps going on when installing an apk (I think an hour and a half is enough to conclude that). Tried restarting, clearing cache of Google Play Store, Google Play Services.

Welcome to Android Central! Make sure you Clear Data from Google Play Store as well. Also, in the App Manager, select Download Manager and Clear Cache/Clear Data there, then Force Stop. Now try again.
