Gs5 acting weird?

so today I was listening to music and it randomly just kept stopping and all of a sudden Samsung s voice just kept coming up on my lock screen for no reason. I tried deleting that and stopped it but now Google voice is doing it. I don't remember doing anything these past couple days. How do I fix this?

1) What music player are you using?
2) Are you using headphones/earphones, and if so, do they have a microphone?
