Why is my Huawei Honor 3C saying that my memory is full when it isn't?

Huawei Honor 3C memory issues.

Hi, I just got a Huawei Honor 3C and it has been a fantastic phone until now. It's internal memory is 8Gb and I have a memory card too but it reports that internal memory is full. I firstly backed up all me files to me pc and then did a factory reset but the problem wasn't solved. My clean master app tells me that I have used only 43% of me total memory and yet still it reports that internal memory is full. I have dailed the *#9900# and no change. Any solutions? Thank you.
