Upgraded from 32gb to 64gb (Faster samsung version) and literally dragged everything from the old memory card's folder to the new one on my windows machine.

So now all the files are sitting on the new memory card of which none of the apps seem to be loading (as I had moved them to SD card when the apps were downloaded).

Any tips / guidance would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks

When you move an app to the SD card, a link is put into internal storage, where the app was previously. pointing to its location on the SD card. By copying files from one card to another, you copied the apps to different locations on the new card, so they aren't where the links say they are. (Android looks for apps in internal storage - moving an app to the SD card doesn't change that.)

You'll have to install the apps and move them to the SD card again. (I suggest that you delete everything from the card first, then copy everything but the apps, otherwise you'll end up with a lot of unusable space on the card.)
