i was irritated by the behavior the android ORRO G5 was giving me. in its internal memory it shows that it has 8 GB internal storage and when i go to applications it even shows that there is 5.6 GB of free space but if i try to install more applications i will receive the reminder that i'm running out of the memory maybe by 5 MB, when i try to go back to check the space it will still show me that i still have 5.6 GB free space.
so i decided to ''wipe data/factory reset it'' thinking i will get the best. after the reset it couldn't and still complete the start up. it will just end at welcome and reboot again just like that not until i remove the battery,
i have followed so main guides on how to fix this issue but no solution.
when i press hold of the up key and the power key there only three options available
    ;;;; REBOOT SYSTEM NOW
    ;;;;APPLY SDCARD:UPDATE.ZIP
    ;;;;WIPE DATA/FACTORY RESET
    ;;;;WIPE CACHE PARTITION

i have tried reboot its not solving anything
wipe cache partition and the likes but still
    ................please help me............

Welcome to Android Central! Unfortunately, it sounds like a problem with the firmware, which is not that uncommon with lesser known off-brand devices. Are you able to contact the manufacturer's support?
