Why can't I connect to the internet?

AT&T Samsung Note 3: It appears that some update occurred today and ever since I have not been able to get onto the internet. I can call and I can text, but nothing web based is working. I get "no network found", retry or check network settings". I didn't change any settings and the phone was fine this early today. This issue has only been since the update around 10 am today.

Have you tried rebooting your phone and/or router?
