I have a Samsung Tablet running Android 4 that has 3 hidden buttons at the bottom (go back, show homepage, and display active apps) - how do I get that same display active apps button onto my new 'BLU' smartphone? I love that button for both closing no longer needed apps or to alternate to a different opened app.

My new BLU Neo smartphone (also Android 4) is missing that hidden button but has something that shows widgets or wallpapers or settings instead - is there an easy way to change that button to the active app button that I have on my samsung? Alternatively is there a quick way for me to find the active apps so that I can flip between them?

Welcome to Android Central! The feature you're talking about is specific to Samsung devices, so that exact function can't be transferred to your phone. There are many task manager apps you could install from Google Play Store, but I would caution against using them if the main purpose is to "clean RAM." It's generally not helpful, and can be counterproductive, since it goes against how Android is designed to work.
