How do I stop the scrolling/glitch?

I just got my phone, samsung s5, and it has been scrolling upwards on the home page and any other page it is on. I have not dropped the phone and water has not been on the phone either. It is starting to worry me. I have tried factory resetting it. I don't know what to do please help me.

Welcome to Android Central. I would take it back to your carrier. You might have a phone with bad software, or even a bad screen, and they might be able to fix it.
