How do I set up my voicemail on my BLU Advance 4.0.?

I have a BLU Advance 4.0. no idea how to set up my voice mail.

I am very new with any form of smartphones, so I will need clear steps how to set up my voice mail.

That's carrier-dependent. Usually just calling your voicemail (which is normally a long press of "1") will tell you that the account isn't set up and take you through setting it up. It's the same procedure for any phone on that carrier, and different for the Blu Advance being used on different carriers.
