THL T6 Pro - Charging but battery drains?

[AC Question]

So, my phone, which is the THL T6 PRO, has the charging light and it was charging perfectly fine up to 65% and then it started draining down. The phone is conected to a plug. Is this because of the battery?
Before the charging port was kind of loose but I managed to fixed that as of now the charger isn't loose.

It may be caused by a faulty or dirty USB lead, or a faulty or dirty USB port. Of course there are other possibilities.
