How do I disable a language I accidentally added?

how do i disable a language i accidentally addef

I was trying to add Japanese on my keyboard and I accidentally ending up adding Chinese. I don't want it but I don't know how to remove/delete/disable it and it keeps popping up but I don't want it

What keyboard/device are you using? It varies from keyboard to keyboard, but usually if you go to your phone's settings, under LANGUAGE AND INPUT you should be able to find your keyboard and its individual settings. There you could add/remove languages.
