    Hello everyone!
I am planning to retire my GNote N7000 as it's power button does not work anymore.
I am considering devices from Sony, Samsung and Xiaomi.
I am not a heavy user, I use stuff like Tapatalk, RSS feeder, messengers, navigation from time to time. I DON'T play games on my phone. So I was wondering if I should consider a device with 1GB of RAM or should a go on and buy something with at least 2GB of RAM. Right now I am looking at Sony's xperia series M, T and Z / Z1 (including the Z1 Compact), Xiaomi Mi3 or maybe the Galaxy S4.
Thank you all in advance for your time and answers.
    Greetings!

I guess xiaomi is the best compared to all of them. If you need just a few apps, there is plenty options of cheaper phones. 1GB ram is enough, just make sure it's at least gddr2.
For multitasking, make sure it atleast has dual core proccesor.
If you use it for gps, make sure it has A-GPS, this way it finds sattelites faster.
