why are all my videos uploads to facebook grainy/low res?

Every time I take a video no matter how long it is and upload it to Facebook it is very grainy and it doesn't show detail the way it did when I took it. Why is this, and is there a way to fix it because it is quite irritating. I have seen others upload videos and they look fine. So I'm starting to wonder if it is my phone. I have a galaxy s4.

Is it you taking all of these pictures as some people do not have a steady hand (me without something to lean on) which can cause some distortion in the quality of the picture/video if it is not that check make sure you are not "zoomed" in which really just crops the photo decreasing the photo quality, and after all of that if it is still grainy it may be a problem with your phone camera as it may have gotten damaged somewhere along the way.
