why am I getting a "couldn't sign in" message on my turbo?

I am getting a "couldn't sign in message on my turbo regarding my aol email accounts. It says incorrect address or password. I can sign in on my laptop using the passwords and address.

Have you tried a cache clear? Or if no go, uninstalling and reinstalling?
