why is my android device not reseting

i dont know what happened to my android device, it just went off and when i switched it ON, it just keep showing the TECHNO Logo, it doesnt boot. please someone should help me. have already tried the factory mode on the device, i selected the ''clear eMMc'' option after formatting the datas it rebooted and keep showing the TECHNO Logo, please what else can i do to reset my android device to start working?

Welcome to Android Central! Is Techno the brand of the device? What is the model name/number? Chances are that the problem is faulty hardware or firmware, which is not surprising if it's a budget off-brand device. You could try contacting the manufacturer for support, but that might be minimal or nonexistent.
