Should be able to use flashlight with flashlight/torch widget.

Zoom out with your two fingers on the main homescreen, press the button on the bottom called "widgets", swipe left and right to find the widget called "Flashlight" with an icon of a lightbulb. Long click on that icon, hold it and place anywhere to the empty space on the home screen.
