after updating framware phone not turn on

phone is samsung galaxy s3 neo ...I complete all step for updating frameware 4.3 to 4.4 .
odin say" pass" but my phone is not restart ....not open..not work..after i turn on mobile using bricked memory card 16 gb then take downloading mode and repeating process ...but still same like that ....odin say.." pass" but my phone is sleeping.... i try indian framware...
