    The above is the error message I get when trying to sync my Outlook Calendar and schedules with my Samsung S5 mobile phone.
    Two weeks ago I called in on the Samsung Smart Care Service Centre in Cape Town and a consultant/technician assisted me sorting the problem out.
    The problem has again occurred and I don't know what to do - I rely on these schedules to be updated on a daily basis and am extremely frustrated.
    What do I do do sort the problem out?untus
