    Hello. Welcome to Android Central.

    That's a sure sign the card is on the way out, or has failed completely.

    I would save from the card to a pc if you can, and move any apps on the card back to internal storage, though that may not be possible and you may need to download those apps from scratch.

    You cannot copy app info across to a new card, only media.

    The card may temporarily function again, but it will only be for shorter periods. I had the same symptoms on a Kingston card last summer.

    I don't know what card you have, but it's acknowledged here on AC that SanDisk and Samsung cards are your best bet for a replacement.
