Why can't my voice be heard on an internet call on my Sony Xperia E?

my voice cannot hear in internet call in sony xperia E

Hello
I am using sony xperia E
In internet calls like(fb messenger,viber,hike) my voice cannot hear to person and i receive perfect voice from other.In normal call phone works perfect.

Welcome to Android Central! What about speakerphone calls? It may be that those apps use a secondary microphone (which is what a speakerphone call uses) rather than the phone mic, and if that secondary microphone is broken or blocked, then the person on the other end won't hear you.
