Why is the samsung galaxy s5's camera still failing?

I've tried to clear data and cache and force stop. i've tried to factory reset it. to clear all caches. And still the camera still fails. I went to a repair shop and said it was a software problem, i don't know what to do.

I swapped my iphone into s5. Before the guy reformats the phone the camera was fine, but after he reformats it. that's when the camera starts giving signs about failing.

I upgraded the s5 to 5.0 and still the camera is still failing
