    Depending on the model of your phone you might be able to use a "hot spot" app... You can find them on Google play.

    Welcome to Android Central! As spagman mentioned, most phones have a mobile hotspot feature, that allows the phone to broadcast its mobile data (3G/4G) connection as a wi-fi hotspot (or sometimes a Bluetooth hotspot). This usually requires an extra fee paid to your carrier. The 3rd party hotspot apps that are available on Google Play (like FoxFi/PDANet) are not guaranteed to work on all devices.
