i closed my phone in my car door and broke the screen. The phone is still on but the screen is unresponsive. Is there any way to get my file off?

If your device supports USB OTG, then use USB mouse to easily transfer files to cloud storage!

The problem with connecting via USB is if there was a screenlock set. If you turn on the phone and it's on a screenlock, then the computer won't see anything when connected via USB. You have to unlock the phone first.
