Why do I get an error rmessage when trying to open my Google Play Store?

When i open play store says no connection retry

You got gapps Problem! I also got that! Try clearing cache and data on Google Play Store app, Download Manager app and make sure Download Manager is enabled or resetting App Preferences! If that does not work, do a Factory Reset!
