I updated to Lollipop the other day, the battery life was fine for a few days but today i charged my phone and it was down to 11% in 30mins or so.I tried turning it off and on again but no use. I recharged it back to 100% and it only took 5mins. just wondering is the phone now ruined or is this a software bug??

What do your battery stats reveal to be the main users of charge? Also, are you using mobile data or wifi?

After an update, you should always clear the system cache (Storage in Settings). If that doesn't fix it, back everything up - apps, data, files, everything - and do a factory reset. That seems to help with LolliFlop in some phone models. Then restore everything.
