samsung galaxy tab 3

I sent my tab out for service thru samsung, and since i got it back, now it keeps saying a unauthorized action have been detected. Tap here for more information. Then it says restart to fix, but even after it restarts it displays it again. How do i fix this, and or what do you think happen

Welcome to Android Central! I'd contact Samsung again and describe the situation to them. Maybe they didn't do the repair correctly. They would need to correct that, and it should be on their own dime.
