Why won't my Bluetooth mouse pair with my Galaxy Note 4?

Using Bluetooth mouse with Galaxy Note 4

I have used a few different bluetooth mice with 3 different Galaxy phones. I currently have a Note 4 and I just bought an Microsoft Arc Bluetooth Mouse to use with it, I paired it in the shop and it worked perfectly. I brought it home and it still works perfectly. But when I turn the mouse off it wont pair with the phone when I turn it back on again. I then have to unpair it and pair it again from scratch. It also seems to disconnect the internet connection for a second, when it is turned off.
Any ideas?

If you're using 5GHz wifi, there may be some interaction with Bluetooth.
