I have a Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 lite tablet, when I try to download something why does it say I have no internet connection?

i have samsung galaxy tab 3 lite tablet.

my tablet is connected to internet , it says signal strength is good but whenever i download something it says no internet connection i check connection again but its still connected and strength is good, please tell me why app says no connection ,i cant use my apps please help as soon as u can i have SAMSUNG GALAXY TAB 3 LITE please help:C

Welcome to Android Central! I assume you're connected to wi-fi, correct? Is it your home wi-fi network? Are you sure your home wi-fi network is connected to the web? It's possible to be connected to a strong wi-fi signal from a router that isn't actually connected to the web.
