How do i connect my Galaxy S5 to my 2005 Nissan Altima?

Hi, I have a 2.5 Nissan Altima 2005. Does Anyone know how i can connect my Galaxy S5 to my car to be able to use handsfree calling, listen to music I have in my phone library, use the navigation, etc WITHOUT needing to buy any extra things??
I have of course put my phone in "car mode", my phone would start scanning but not picking up anything. If ANYONE knows of any way this could be done... I would really appreciate the help. Thanks in advance!!

Unfortunately, I don't think you car supports Bluetooth or NFC connection in order to be able to use your phone handsfree. You are going to have to purchase some things to enable this.
