Why does my Samsung S5 disconnect itself from my VW Polo Vivo car radio bluetooth?

my samsung s5 disconnects itself from my vw polo vivo car radio bluetooth

i have an issue with the bluetooth connection between my s5 and my vw polo radio, it is a factory fitted radio and each time i connect it works fine however after about a minute theres a loud thump and the radio turns itself off. i have taken the car back to vw and they have changed the radio to a new one but the problem persists and no one can tell me what is wrong. i am a sales rep so i urgently need this to work asap can anyone please help me with sorting this out ???

Welcome to Android Central! Is the phone's wi-fi radio on? Wi-fi can sometimes interfere with Bluetooth (although it really shouldn't). See what happens if you turn off the wi-fi radio.
