I have the GMail widget on my 'desktop' and was messing around with clearing, deleting, archiving etc. Somehow I managed to make the "Trash" folder the default folder that is displayed. I have struggled with this for hours now - any idea how to get it back to the "Inbox" as the default folder displayed?

Welcome to Android Central! Remove the widget completely from the homescreen, then add it back again. When you add it back afresh, it should prompt you to select the folder to display.
