Welcome to Android Central! For official system updates, you need to either check Settings>About Phone>System Updates, or go to the manufacturer's website and see if they have a download available. If neither of way give you an update, then there is no official update for your device. If you wanted to update the OS, you'd have to root the phone and install a custom ROM. However, since your phone does not seem very common, it may be difficult to find a successful rooting procedure (if one even exists), and then you'd have to find a custom ROM of Lollipop designed specifically for your phone. Bottom line is that you're probably stuck on Jellybean.
