I reset my phone because there was an issue I was trying to fix. However, along the way, my contacts were lost. I am currently attempting to restore them by using a software called jihasoft. However, when I run the program, my phone is not popping up as one of the drivers. I do have usb debugging enabled, and I know the phone is connected because it's charging. Any ideas as to the root of this problem?

If the contacts are Google contacts (check at Google Contacts), as they should be, syncing contacts will bring them back. If that doesn't work, delete the Google account and create it again (using an existing account not a new one). That will sync as soon at the account sets up.

(Charging is done on different wires in the cable than data, so the phone will charge without connecting.)

Make sure you have the SAMSUNG_USB_Driver_for_Mobile_Phones installed on the PC.
