What is it that measures the temperature of the battery on the Samsung Galaxy S5, it has not temp / humidity sensor such as S4 had?

I sometimes get this message when I try to charge, charging paused battery temperature too low. Also get temperature too low when I try to use the photo light on camera.

I have tried to replace the battery and I have downloaded several apps to test sensors in the phone, and it displays battery temp -30C.

someone who knows what measure this and what part i must replace fixed this! ?

    Thanks..

-30C is Celsius so your battery is very cold at -22F Fahrenheit.
A good battery's temperature should be around 77F.
Did you replace the battery or "tried" to?
If you did replace the battery then maybe a factory reset will help, if not then get a warranty replacement.

If you have a carrier free phone there are sensor tests with *#0*#

Try the well recommended GSam battery app which has a temperature reading.
