Why is are my emails getting deleted after my pc has got the email?

If the email arrives at my pc the email on my phone deletes.

Welcome to Android Central! Sorry, can you clarify that? Who's sending you the email? How is it on your phone first, then arriving on your PC later? What email provider are you using, and which email app? Is it a POP3 or IMAP server?

I'm guessing that this is a POP3 email account. If so, open your email client on the PC, go into Incoming Server Settings and make sure that 'Leave mail on server' is checked (on). To avoid filling up your allotted space on the server, you may want to set this to a limit of maybe 30 or 60 days.
