How to fix Motorola moto g WiFi issues?

Hello,

WiFi on my device (Motorola moto g-first gen) is very unstable. Compared to using mobile network - when everything including pictures and videos loads very fast, when I'm at home using WiFi, I sometimes have to wait for about 30 seconds until the page gets loaded. Sometimes when using messenger even occurs an error and my simple text message must be resend.

The problem is probably not caused by the WiFi itself, since my computer is also connected to it and it's running perfectly.

I have tried to wipe my phone's cache, sign out and in the WiFi, but it hasn't helped.

I'll be glad for any kind of advice.

Welcome to Android Central! Does this occur on other wi-fi networks, like a public network at your local cafe? If not, then it does have to do with your network. It is possible for some devices to connect normally, and others to have issues.
