I have Lg G3 and had to do a master reset. Now I am unable to send pics

I have Lg G3 and had to do a master reset. Now I am unable to send pics via text they just hang and hang as "sending" and may or may not go 5-10 minutes later. ATT already had me restart phone, reseat sim, replace battery...nothing has helped.

Bring the phone in to an AT&T store and ask them to check the APN. If that's not it, ask where the nearest Device Support Center is, so that you can have the phone replaced. (Make sure that everything is backed up.)
